What is this site? Well, it's a little information on what expat life is like in South Korea (though we just say "Korea"). Did you know over 800,000 foreigners call the Land of the Morning Calm home? Many are English teachers, although there are also foreign business men and women, doctors, engineers, writers, and simple long-term travelers in the country as well. There are many other sites on the web about how to get jobs in Korea, so this is not that. This is simply a brief overview of the foreign community, written by someone who has called Seoul their home since 2009.
So, like activities? Well South Korea is home to foreign sports leagues, language clubs, festivals, and it's an outdoor haven. But don't take my word on it, click here, or use the "Activities" tab at the top.
Want to learn Korean? Or just pick up some of the foreign lingo used by expats ("waygookins")? Want to know what a waygookin is? Then click here, or use the "Language" tab.
Knock knock. Who's that? Opportunity. And not only are there plenty of jobs in Korea, but there is plenty of room for promotion--it's a growing community, and one that is increasingly connecting with Korean society as a whole.
And if you want to learn more than just a language? There are people from all walks of life and countries in all the major Korean major cities. And Seoul! Did you know it's the third largest city on earth? Art, culture, classes on making tea -- it has nearly everything. Learn. Learn from the cities, and learn from the people in them.

Hopefully you can find some of the information on this website useful. And if not, well, at least it has some nice pictures. Please enjoy, and as Koreans say, "jeul-gam!" (enjoy seeing it!)
